glow inn is a great spot! the staff is super friendly and helped us with our plans. the pool was really nice for chilling after a long day, and the location is perfect, just steps away from the market. our room was always clean and comfy. The breakfast was decent! really enjoyed my time there.
the shower water pressure could be better, and there was not enough shelf space in the room.

The lobby at Glow Inn really set the mood with its colorful decor. My room featured effective air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the Siem Reap heat. The pool area looked inviting, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Just a short walk took me to Pub Street, yet the hotel remained a tranquil escape from the noise. the breakfast selection could definitely use some improvement to cater to those of us who prefer Western options. The staff were accommodating but could be more proactive in suggesting local dining options. a lovely stay, but a few tweaks would elevate the experience.

The Glow Inn is a gem nestled just steps from the buzzing Pub Street, offering excellent air conditioning and a lovely pool for post-adventure relaxation. The staff, especially the reception team, were exceptional at crafting personalized itineraries, making sightseeing seamless and fun. Breakfast, while nice, could use a sprinkle more of Western flair!

Staff made all the difference
The welcoming staff truly enhanced my stay, assisting with tailored itineraries. The air conditioning in my Superior Double Room worked flawlessly, providing sanctuary from the humidity. The pool area was a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring the temples.
Several aspects detracted from the overall experience. The breakfast selection could use more Western options to cater to different tastes. the room itself felt somewhat dated, with basic amenities in need of improvement.

The garden facing family room had a nice view, which was somewhat pleasant amidst the chaos of my stay. It offers decent space for families, making it suitable for those with kids, despite the other shortcomings.
The room was marred by relentless noise from cats fighting on the roof—definitely not a relaxing environment, especially if you're recovering from health issues. The shower had poor water pressure, to the point where I could stop it with my hand, making for long and frustrating showers. the furniture definitely needed an upgrade, as the bed and nightstand were both falling apart, and there was no wardrobe at all. With no proper storage, I had to lay my belongings on the ground. If you've got other options at €30 a night, I'd recommend checking elsewhere, as the value just isn't there here.

Amazing staff and comfy stay!
The staff here makes you feel like royalty! They helped me chill by the pool and sorted out my temple visits like pros. My room was super cozy, great A/C, and a lovely view. I had some late-night snacks from the poolside bar, which was cool, but breakfast could’ve had more options. a fab experience!
